Role/ Job Title- Relationship Manager – Corporate Coverage

Job Purpose - The job purpose will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, driving business growth within regulatory and risk frameworks. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, offering tailored financial solutions while ensuring high service standards and compliance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Acquire and onboard corporate clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Understand client needs, business models, and sector dynamics to structure effective solutions.
  • Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and campaign-led customer penetration.
  • Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and prevent potential losses.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to meet business objectives.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Compliance adherence and reporting accuracy.
  • Monitor portfolio performance and ensure high asset quality.
  • Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Leverage market intelligence to adopt best practices.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Educational Qualification

  • Graduation: Any graduation
  • Postgraduate: Any post-graduation

Experience: 5–10 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management
