Job Purpose - The job purpose will be responsible for acquiring and managing corporate clients, driving business growth within regulatory and risk frameworks. You will act as a strategic partner to clients, offering tailored financial solutions while ensuring high service standards and compliance.
Job Responsibilities
- Acquire and onboard corporate clients, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Understand client needs, business models, and sector dynamics to structure effective solutions.
- Drive revenue growth through cross-selling and campaign-led customer penetration.
- Conduct financial analysis to identify risks and prevent potential losses.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Treasury, Risk, Compliance, Legal) to meet business objectives.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.
- Compliance adherence and reporting accuracy.
- Monitor portfolio performance and ensure high asset quality.
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Leverage market intelligence to adopt best practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Educational Qualification
- Graduation: Any graduation
- Postgraduate: Any post-graduation
Experience: 5–10 years of experience in corporate banking relationship management
