Role: Product Head – Escrow
Location: Vikhroli West, Mumbai
Workweek: Monday to Saturday (Saturday – Work from Home)
Budget: Up to 50 LPA
About the Role
We are hiring for a Product Head – Escrow with a fast-growing fintech organization in the payments space. This is a high-impact role focused on building and scaling the escrow product line, working closely with leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end ownership of Escrow products including strategy, roadmap, and execution
- Identify market opportunities and define product value proposition and GTM strategy
- Build and scale escrow offerings across use cases (e.g., PA, PPI, RERA, capital markets, etc.)
- Work closely with tech, compliance, legal, operations, and business teams
- Lead client interactions, partnerships, and stakeholder management
- Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks and industry developments
- Build and manage a product team, driving execution and delivery
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 7+ years of experience in Escrow products
- 5+ years in Product Management / Product Leadership roles
- Strong exposure to payments / fintech / transaction banking ecosystems
- Proven experience in product strategy, GTM, and product lifecycle management
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (RBI, PA/PPI, etc.)
- Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership
