Relationship Manager

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Relationship Manager located in Surat. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client financial needs, providing suitable financial products and services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves portfolio management, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams to achieve business growth and objectives. You will also proactively identify opportunities to expand the company's client base and meet sales targets while ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
• Ability to analyze market trends and provide strategic financial advice
• Knowledge of financial products and services, including investment banking, portfolio management, and insurance
• Proficiency in problem-solving and negotiation
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in the financial services industry or a client-facing role is an advantage
