Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Pune. The Relationship Manager will establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, provide tailored financial advice, and promote life insurance products to meet the diverse needs of customers. The role involves identifying potential customers through leads, managing and supporting existing client portfolios, ensuring customer satisfaction, and timely resolution of client queries. The Relationship Manager is also expected to collaborate with bancassurance partners and achieve assigned business targets efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in sales, negotiation, and client management
  • Understanding of life insurance products and financial planning
  • Ability to spot business opportunities and work towards achieving targets
  • Experience in working with bancassurance networks, if applicable
  • Client-centric approach with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Graduation in any discipline; postgraduate degree or diploma in management or related field preferred
  • Adaptable to a fast-paced, results-oriented working environment
  • Proven experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is an added advantage
