Role Description

We are seeking a talented and dynamic Relationship Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Pune. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and nurturing client relationships, understanding customer needs, providing tailored property solutions, and ensuring a seamless buying experience. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, managing client accounts, and delivering excellent customer service to achieve individual and team targets.

Qualifications

• Customer Relationship Management and Client Engagement skills
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the real estate market and property trends in India
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
• Prior experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
