Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager located in Chennai. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, addressing client queries and concerns, and providing project updates. Additional day-to-day tasks include coordinating with internal teams, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving client retention strategies. The role demands excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain and enhance client relations.

Qualifications

• Strong client management and relationship-building skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficient in project management and coordination
• Experience in handling client queries and providing timely updates
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role in the real estate industry is a plus
• Proficiency in local languages and understanding of regional market dynamics
