Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Bengaluru South. The Role involves working closely with NGOs and donors to build and maintain strong relationships, understand fundraising goals, and ensure the success of strategic campaigns. Responsibilities include communication and negotiation with stakeholders, planning and executing donor outreach, and providing regular updates and support to partner organizations.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and communication skills
• Proficiency in client management, stakeholder collaboration, and team coordination
• Ability to develop strategies, problem-solve, and meet targets effectively
• Aptitude for public relations, presentation skills, and engaging with diverse groups
• Prior experience in fundraising, business development, or customer relationship management is advantageous
• Familiarity with non-profit sector operations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
