Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Executive role based in Kolkata. As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, assisting with banking products and services, and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Daily duties will include engaging with clients to address their financial needs, identifying sales opportunities, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions tailored to customer requirements. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management and building client rapport
• Strong sales and cross-selling skills, with the ability to identify and seize market opportunities
• Knowledge of financial products and services, such as loans, deposits, and treasury solutions
• Effective communication skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs
• Ability to work in a team and contribute to organizational success
• Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role in the banking or financial sector is advantageous
