Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Executive role based in Kolkata. As a Relationship Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, assisting with banking products and services, and maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. Daily duties will include engaging with clients to address their financial needs, identifying sales opportunities, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions tailored to customer requirements. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills.
