Job Description

As the Regional Supply Chain Manager (EU) reporting to Chief Supply Chain officer, you will:

Develop and execute regional supply chain strategies aligned with global objectives.
Lead order management, inventory planning, and demand forecasting.
Drive customer satisfaction through efficient fulfilment and service excellence.
Manage logistics, distribution, and third-party service providers across Europe.
Participate in global S&OP processes and lead regional demand planning.
Monitor KPIs, initiate cost-saving measures, and report performance to leadership.
Lead supply chain projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful SCM Manager-EU should have:

10+ years of supply chain experience, including 5+ years in team leadership.
Strong expertise in SAP (S/4), APS tools, and international logistics.
Deep knowledge of EU customs, preferential agreements, and global logistics providers.
Experience in chemicals (bulk liquid/gas), port operations, and safety procedures.
Strategic thinking, intercultural awareness, and a passion for sustainability.
CPIM/CSCP certification is a plus.
