Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations at our manufacturing unit in Himachal Pradesh. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, solution-oriented, and capable of managing both domestic and international supply chain functions efficiently. This role requires regular travel between Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh for work purposes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including sourcing, procurement, logistics, and delivery.
- Handle customs clearance, import/export documentation, and international shipments.
- Oversee domestic and international transportation management.
- Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships for sourcing raw materials and other required materials.
- Ensure uninterrupted raw material pipeline to support production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and implement effective inventory control systems.
- Plan and coordinate shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Optimize supply chain processes to reduce operational and logistics costs.
- Coordinate closely with production, finance, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, customs, and statutory requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Logistics, or related field (MBA preferred).
