Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Executive Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The role involves managing and expanding sales operations, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving business growth. The Executive will develop and implement sales strategies, achieve revenue targets, and identify new business opportunities in line with the company's mission of promoting premium wines. Collaboration with marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery will also be a key component of the role.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Negotiation, Communication, and Presentation skills
  • Knowledge of the wine industry, including product selection and market trends, is a significant advantage
  • Strategic Planning and Market Analysis capabilities
  • Self-motivated with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM software and relevant sales tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the food and beverage, hospitality, or luxury goods sectors is a plus
