Role Description - Regional Sales Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role based in

  • Bangalore
  • Chennai
  • Hyderabad
  • Jaipur
  • Delhi - NCR

The role involves leading and strategizing regional sales operations, managing a sales team, analyzing market trends, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and representing Shinelife in business meetings and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Market Analysis
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and team management skills
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
  • Familiarity with the healthcare, IVF, or medical device industry is highly desirable
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales performance analysis
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related IVF field
