Role Overview
Surya International Enterprise Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead and expand sales operations across assigned regions. The role involves managing B2B sales, distribution networks, retail and channel sales for solar and electrical products.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead regional B2B sales operations and achieve revenue targets
- Develop and strengthen distribution and dealer networks
- Manage retail sales and channel partner sales
- Drive sales of solar products, electrical products, batteries, and inverters
- Appoint and manage distributors, dealers, and key accounts
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing
- Support channel partners with schemes, promotions, and product training
- Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and collections
- Prepare sales reports and regional performance reviews

Experience & Qualification
- Experience Required: Minimum 3 to 10 years
- Mandatory experience in solar sales and electrical product sales
- Strong exposure to battery and inverter sales
