Job Description

  • Drive business growth, revenue, and market share for Ingersoll Rand PFT Division from the Gardner Denver product range.
  • Generate business by supporting customers and distributors, using sales and marketing tools.
  • Implement territory strategies aligned with regional and country strategies.
  • Map and cover the West region directly and through dealers.
  • Develop uncovered or inadequately served areas/customers.
  • Forecast and track territory sales, achieving revenue, booking targets, and other KPIs.
  • Monitor market and competition trends to inform sales strategies.
  • Manage receivables and statutory documentation compliance.
  • Lead generation and identification of ideal customers and product fit.
  • Execute sales promotional activities such as technical seminars, presentations, and exhibitions.
  • Establish a foundation for sustainable sales growth in the territory.
