Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai , Coimbatore & Maduraifor a Regional Sales professional. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing and nurturing client relationships, developing and implementing regional sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. The Regional Sales professional will also provide training to clients, guide them on offerings, and collaborate with the team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Additionally, the position focuses on market research and competitor analysis to shape effective initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and cater to their needs.
• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with the ability to achieve targets and drive business growth.
• Experience in Training and skill development to educate clients on products and services.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment with cross-functional collaboration.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in the education sector or familiarity with educational technologies is an advantage.
