Job Description

We are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for a Premium Furnishing Brand.

Job Profile

Lead the Fabric and Blinds Sales and business development initiatives in the distribution segment. (Individual Contributor Role)

Sales Business Development

Identify and generate sales opportunities through Interior designers, Architects, Consultants, and Institutional buyers.

Build a strong pipeline of projects by networking with key decision-makers.

Ensure effective product presentations, proposals, and pricing negotiations.

Project Management

Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, technical, finance) to ensure smooth execution of projects.

Monitor project milestones, delivery schedules, and installation timelines.

Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Relationship Management

Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, and key institutional clients namely for Commercial projects like offices, hotels, resorts, villa settlements, institutions.

Regularly engage with key accounts to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

Reporting MIS

Maintain project tracking, sales forecasts, and market intelligence.

Submit regular reports on sales performance, project status, and market trends.

Regional Sales Manager Requirements

Any Graduate (Required) or MBA in Marketing/Sales (preferred)

12+ yrs of relevant experience in Project sales

Strong network in the AID (Architects, Interior Designers) and institutional ecosystem

Fluent in English

Well groomed and pleasant personality

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Strong understanding of project sales cycle and long-lead sales closures

Ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously

Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools

Team player with a high level of accountability and ownership
