Job Title - Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – South

Our extensive product portfolio includes over 2,000 sizes across industrial and automotive segments.
Summary-
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – South to lead and drive business growth across the Southern region of India. The RSM will be responsible for managing a team of Market Sales Representatives, overseeing the regional dealer network, and achieving regional revenue targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, deep knowledge of channel sales, and a proven ability to develop business across Automotive Parts or Industrial Parts markets.
Key Responsibilities-
• Regional Sales Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Market Sales Representatives across the South region to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
• Dealer Network Management: Oversee and strengthen the existing dealer network while driving the appointment of new channel partners to expand market coverage in the assigned geographies.
• Revenue Target Achievement: Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for both primary and secondary sales.
• Key Account Management: Identify, engage, and manage key OEM accounts and large institutional customers for direct supply and long-term business relationships.
• Market Intelligence & Strategy: Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market developments across the region and provide strategic inputs to the management team.
• Operational Excellence & Demand Planning: Collaborate with the supply chain and TM teams to ensure accurate demand forecasting, inventory planning, and timely order fulfillment based on dealer inputs.
• Team Development: Conduct regular performance reviews, field coaching, and training for the sales team to build capability and ensure high performance.
• Reporting & MIS: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, market feedback, and business review presentations to senior management.
Qualification-
Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field. MBA preferred.
Experience: 15-20 years of proven experience in sales and channel management, with at least 3-4 years in a regional or team leadership role, preferably in the Industrial Parts, or similar industry.
Location: Based at Bengaluru preferred.
Language: Proficient in English and Kannada.
Age: 35 – 45 years.
