Job Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing the sales team in the assigned region of India. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the market to effectively engage clients and deliver results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets in the assigned region.
  • Identify new business opportunities and engage with potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Train, mentor, and lead a team of sales representatives in the region.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the industry sector.
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data to drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and team members.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the region as required.
