Key Skills & Requirements (Sales-Focused)
*Conduct strategic cold calling and lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities in the region.
Schedule and attend meetings with clients, architects, interior designers, and PMC consultants to present company products and solutions.
Manage sales discussions, negotiations, and client relationships to convert leads into successful business deals.
Follow up on generated leads and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects.
Visit project sites when required to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Achieve and drive the team towards monthly and annual regional sales targets.
Obtain client confirmation on designs and quotations before initiating project execution.
Track and manage design or quotation changes requested by clients after confirmation.
Coordinate with the installation and execution teams to ensure smooth project implementation at site when required.
Plan, propose, and execute expansion of sales channels through strategic B2B partnerships and market development.
Lead, manage, and mentor the regional sales team, ensuring productivity, performance tracking, and continuous improvement.
Provide direction to the sales team by developing, implementing, and monitoring yearly and monthly sales plans.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies, set business goals, and drive the team to achieve revenue targets.
