About the Role
We are looking for a performance-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead our Prime Home Loan business in Hyderabad. This role involves complete ownership of regional sales performance, including business growth, channel development, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and deliver ₹200 Cr+ annual disbursement targets for the region
- Maintain a consistent monthly run rate of ₹20–30 Cr
- Lead and manage a multi-layered field sales team, ensuring strong productivity
- Develop and expand sourcing channels including:
- Builder network
- DSAs / connectors
- Direct sales team
- Build and maintain relationships with builders, brokers, and key channel partners
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion ratios, and disbursement efficiency
- Identify and penetrate new high-potential micro-markets in Hyderabad
- Ensure adherence to compliance, credit norms, and internal policies
Eligibility Criteria
- 5–8 years of experience in Home Loan / LAP sales
- Mandatory exposure to Prime segment (₹60L+ ticket size)
- Proven track record of handling ₹200 Cr+ annual disbursement/book size
- Experience in delivering ₹20–30 Cr monthly business volumes
- Demonstrated ability to manage field sales teams (25–40 members)
- Strong existing network of:
20+ active builders
100+ active DSAs / connectors
- Prior experience with Banks / NBFCs preferred
