Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for driving sales growth and market share for Oswin Ply within the assigned region, focusing on key customer segments such as distributors, dealers, architects, interior designers, and contractors. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing regional sales strategies, managing and mentoring the field sales team, and achieving revenue and profitability targets. The Regional Sales Manager will regularly visit customers and channel partners, conduct product presentations, gather market intelligence, and coordinate promotional activities. The role also involves forecasting demand, monitoring competitor activity, collaborating with marketing and operations, and ensuring high standards of customer service and post-sales support.
