About the Role:
We are looking for a Regional head- Brand partnerships & sales to grow our Influencer & Branded Content vertical and to drive high-value brand partnerships and revenue growth. If you have a proven track record in media or digital agencies and thrive on closing high-ticket deals, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Secure high-value partnerships across FMCG, Auto, BFSI, and other categories.
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure with brands and agencies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of premium clients.
- Work with internal strategy, content, and production teams to develop and sell compelling branded content solutions.
- Achieve monthly revenue targets and contribute to overall P&L growth.
Who We're Looking For:
- Proven sales experience in media, digital, content, or advertising agencies.
- Track record of closing high-ticket deals and consistently driving revenue.
- Solid client relationships across advertising agencies, brands, and platforms.
- Strong skills in concept selling, pitching, and business development.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and grow new business opportunities.
- Passion for influencer marketing and understanding of the creator ecosystem.
Good to Have:
- Experience working in creator-led media companies or influencer marketing platforms.
- Proven ability to build and scale a sales function or vertical.
- Familiarity with pricing models in influencer and branded content sales.
- Understanding of the creator economy and digital content trends.
