Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute regional sales strategy for South India (Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Kerala).
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand distribution channels.
- Appoint and manage super stockists, distributors, and dealers.
2. Key Account Management
- Build strong relationships with:
- Orthopedic surgeons
- Hospitals and medical institutions
- Retail medical stores
- Physiotherapy centers
- Ensure high product visibility and availability across key accounts.
3. Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and manage Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching.
- Conduct regular review meetings and market visits.
4. Market Intelligence
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Provide market feedback for product development and pricing strategies.
5. Operations & Reporting
- Monitor stock levels and ensure smooth supply chain coordination.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and MIS.
- Ensure timely collection and control outstanding payments.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree.
- 8–15 years of experience in Orthopedic Supports / Surgical Products.
- Strong distributor network in South India.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good communication in English
