Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for creating and executing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and growth. The role also involves reporting on sales performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.

  • Sales Strategy Development, Sales Team Management, and Achieving Sales Targets skills
  • Experience in identifying new market opportunities and building client relationships
  • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the home building or construction industry is a plus
