Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Coimbatore for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing and driving sales operations in the assigned region. Key responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, managing and guiding the sales team, analyzing market trends to identify opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, and ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, with experience in achieving targets and growing market share
  • Proficiency in team management and the ability to motivate and guide sales teams effectively
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships
  • Strategic planning and market analysis skills to identify trends and develop effective sales strategies
  • Proven ability to work in a competitive and dynamic environment effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the garment or apparel industry is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the region as required
