Duties & Responsibilities:
Multi-Store Sales & Revenue Growth
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets across assigned store locations.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize conversion rates and revenue.
- Monitor store footfall trends, working with the marketing team to drive in-store traffic.
- Regularly analyze Average Bill Value (ABV) and Units Per Transaction (UPT) to improve customer spending.
2. Store Operations & Visual Merchandising
- Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), company policies, and retail compliance.
- Oversee store hygiene, display arrangements, and visual merchandising standards to enhance customer appeal.
- Supervise store teams to maintain accurate stock levels, daily stock counts, and inventory audits.
3. ATL & BTL Marketing Initiatives
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute ATL (Above the Line) campaigns, such as print, digital, and TV ads.
- Plan and implement BTL (Below the Line) activities, including in-store activations, influencer collaborations, and brand partnerships.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns by analyzing customer engagement and footfall metrics.
4. People Management & Training
- Lead and mentor Store Managers and Sales Teams, ensuring performance alignment with company goals.
- Conduct regular training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer handling.
- Motivate teams to exceed sales targets through incentive programs and performance-based rewards.
- Work with HR to manage staff hiring, retention, and performance evaluations.
5. Customer Experience & Relationship Management
- Ensure superior customer service standards are maintained across all stores.
- Oversee customer concerns, product alterations, exchanges, and after-sales service to enhance satisfaction.
- Strengthen customer loyalty programs and drive repeat business.
6. Stock & Inventory Management
- Implement efficient stock replenishment and inventory control processes to minimize losses.
- Ensure all stores maintain corrective stock-taking procedures, including stock undertakings and daily counts.
- Liaise with the Product & Merchandising team to ensure stores have the right assortment based on customer demand.
7. Business Expansion & Strategy Execution
- Support new store launches, exhibitions, and retail partnerships for brand expansion.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide insights on industry trends.
- Work closely with management to develop long-term growth strategies for revenue and brand positioning.
8. Reporting & Review Meetings
- Prepare and present weekly/monthly/quarterly business reports to management.
- Attend review meetings with actionable insights on sales, operations, and customer trends.
- Ensure compliance with all store policies, governance, and audit requirements.
Requirement:
- Any Degree and Must have a strong background experience in Jewelry multiple showroom operations
- Should be good in Business Analytics.
- Able to develop and maintain strong working relationships with peers and cross-functional teams
- Sound knowledge of developing business plans, the planning process sales administration processes.
- Well organized, able to prioritize effectively to achieve business deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, follows tasks through to completion.
