Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, based in New Delhi. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets, managing and mentoring a sales team, and fostering strong relationships with clients. The role also includes market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and optimize sales performance.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Marketing expertise, including strategic planning and target achievement
  • Team management, mentoring, and leadership skills
  • Market analysis and business development capabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for client relationships
  • Flexibility to travel within the region as needed
  • Experience in the water supply and drainage industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
