Job Description

The Regional Manager North India will oversee sales, business development, key account management, and team leadership across the northern region. This role is ideal for a high-performing professional with strong experience in textile dyes and chemicals and a deep understanding of regional textile markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets across North India.

- Manage and expand relationships with textile mills, dye houses, processors, and distributors.

- Identify new business opportunities and emerging market trends in dyes & chemicals.

- Lead, mentor, and support a regional sales team to maximize performance.

- Oversee commercial negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer proposals.

- Coordinate with technical service teams to provide product trials, troubleshooting, and customer support.

- Monitor competitor activities and develop strategies to strengthen market position.

- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and data analysis for senior management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Textile Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 510+ years of experience in textile dyes, pigments, auxiliaries, or specialty chemicals in the North Indian market.

- Strong network within textile hubs such as Ludhiana, Panipat, Delhi-NCR, Jaipur, Bhilwara, etc.

- Proven leadership and team-management capabilities.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Ability to travel extensively across the region.
