Role: Regional Sales Manager
Locations: Bangalore/ Gurgaon/Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct business development activities, including selecting target accounts, creating account plans with short- and long-term actions, scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentations, and researching clients business and requirements.
- Target accounts include End Users, EPCs, and OEMs.
- Develop and manage sales opportunities and customer relationships in the business funnel.
- Perform proactive planning, mapping, and strategizing. Demonstrate a strong ability to sell value and solutions, evaluate market climate by segment, and target attractive segments and competitor vulnerabilities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers. Ensure clear communication of the company's value proposition.
- Create and secure accurate, complete proposals that meet customer expectations. Maintain a prioritized target account/project pursuit database based on sales strategy. Influence key project pursuits, including defining winning positioning strategies.
- Identify must-win opportunities and coordinate necessary support. Fully utilize sales tools for tracking and developing opportunities. Provide monthly reports on business development and sales activities.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree with 1012 years of professional experience in similar or related industrial sectors.
- Solid understanding of MV Drives, LV High Power Drives Modules, Cabinets, and Multi-drive offeringsor comparable experience with competitive product offerings.
- Structured and process-oriented, with experience in sales processes, tools, and dashboards. Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in competitive markets.
- Customer- and market-oriented with a strong closing mentality. Experience achieving consistent year-over-year sales growth, both in quantity and annual sales value.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, with a minimum of 50% regional travel expected.
