Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kochi for a Regional Sales Manager. The role involves managing and leading sales initiatives, developing and implementing regional sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners, analyzing sales data to inform business decisions, and mentoring and guiding the sales team to achieve objectives. Effective communication and collaboration within the team and with other departments will be critical for success in this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in sales strategies, client management, and relationship building
  • Proven ability in data analysis and leveraging insights to optimize sales performance
  • Experience in team leadership, mentoring, and motivating sales teams
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software
  • Understanding of beauty and personal care industry trends is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Willingness and ability to work on-site at the Kochi location
