Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales efforts, managing relationships with key clients, and achieving revenue targets within the assigned region. Tasks include developing sales strategies, leading a team of sales representatives, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities for growth. The role also involves regular reporting, ensuring customer satisfaction, and coordinating closely with the operations team to align sales and service goals. This is a full-time, on-site role.

  • Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
  • Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Decision-Making skills
  • Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
  • Ability to Analyze Market Trends and Develop Effective Sales Strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office applications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the education or training sector is a plus
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
