Role Description

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand market presence in the region. This full-time role involves overseeing regional sales, setting and achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and managing a sales team. The position is on-site and based in PAN India

Qualifications

• Strong sales and negotiation skills, with a track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Experience in team leadership and managing client relationships
• Proficiency in market analysis and developing strategies to expand customer base
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of facility management and security services is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field prefred
