We are seeking a skilled Piling Supervisor to join our construction team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all piling operations on site, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage piling operations on construction sites.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during piling activities.
- Coordinate with engineers and project managers to meet project timelines and specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and quality of piling work.
- Train and supervise piling crew members to ensure efficient work practices.
- Prepare daily reports on work progress and any issues encountered during operations.
- Maintain equipment and ensure it is in good working condition for piling tasks.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- 1-8 years of experience in piling operations or construction supervision.
- Strong knowledge of piling techniques and equipment.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in construction.
