Business Partner Sales & Marketing (Punjab Region, India)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Head to lead our healthcare business across the Punjab region with a minimum of 20 years of relevant Healthcare experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare sales and marketing with proven leadership abilities, a strategic mindset, and a deep understanding of the regional market landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Punjab region.
  • Lead a team of sales managers and representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centres, and medical practitioners.
  • Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and untapped markets.

Marketing Management:

  • Plan and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the regional audience.
  • Collaborate with the corporate marketing team to localize national campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Drive brand awareness and visibility across key healthcare hubs in Punjab.
  • Organize CME (Continuing Medical Education) programs, seminars, and product launches.

Business Development:

  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to formulate counter-strategies.
  • Explore strategic partnerships and collaborations with healthcare institutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals with key clients and stakeholders.

Team Management:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor the regional sales and marketing team.
  • Set KPIs, monitor performance, and conduct regular team reviews.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and forecasts.

Use data analytics to refine strategies and improve ROI on marketing activities.

Key Strong network within the healthcare ecosystem of Punjab.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Punjab region.
