Job Title: Business Head
Experience: Electronics Distribution / Industrial Solutions / Semiconductor domain and Minimum 2+ Years in senior leadership role.
Key Responsibilities
1. Business Strategy & Growth
- Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies.
- Drive revenue growth across Semiconductor, Thermal, Networking, and Automation portfolios.
- Identify new market opportunities (EV, Lighting, Industrial, IoT, Automotive).
- Expand into new customer segments and geographies.
2. Sales & Revenue Leadership
- Lead and mentor sales and application engineering teams.
- Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build strong relationships with OEMs, EMS, and system integrators.
- Drive design-in opportunities and long-term customer engagement.
- Monitor sales pipeline and ensure consistent order conversion.
3. Brand & Principal Management
- Maintain strong relationships with global principals (Panasonic, 3M, Teltonika, etc.).
- Align company growth with principal business objectives.
- Identify new technology partnerships.
4. Operations & Profitability
- Ensure business profitability and margin improvement.
- Oversee forecasting, inventory planning, and supply coordination.
- Monitor cost control and operational efficiency.
5. Team Leadership & Organizational Development
- Build and lead high-performing teams.
- Define KPIs and performance measurement systems.
- Foster a culture of accountability and innovation.
6. Strategic Alliances & Expansion
- Explore new product categories and emerging technologies.
- Lead participation in expos, trade shows, and industry events.
- Strengthen the company's market positioning.

Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / BE (Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation preferred)
- MBA (Marketing / Business Strategy preferred)
