Job Description

Job Title: Business Head

Experience: Electronics Distribution / Industrial Solutions / Semiconductor domain and Minimum 2+ Years in senior leadership role.

Key Responsibilities

1. Business Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies.
  • Drive revenue growth across Semiconductor, Thermal, Networking, and Automation portfolios.
  • Identify new market opportunities (EV, Lighting, Industrial, IoT, Automotive).
  • Expand into new customer segments and geographies.

2. Sales & Revenue Leadership

  • Lead and mentor sales and application engineering teams.
  • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with OEMs, EMS, and system integrators.
  • Drive design-in opportunities and long-term customer engagement.
  • Monitor sales pipeline and ensure consistent order conversion.

3. Brand & Principal Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with global principals (Panasonic, 3M, Teltonika, etc.).
  • Align company growth with principal business objectives.
  • Identify new technology partnerships.

4. Operations & Profitability

  • Ensure business profitability and margin improvement.
  • Oversee forecasting, inventory planning, and supply coordination.
  • Monitor cost control and operational efficiency.

5. Team Leadership & Organizational Development

  • Build and lead high-performing teams.
  • Define KPIs and performance measurement systems.
  • Foster a culture of accountability and innovation.

6. Strategic Alliances & Expansion

  • Explore new product categories and emerging technologies.
  • Lead participation in expos, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Strengthen the company's market positioning.

  • Knowledge of Electronics Components / Semiconductor / Thermal / IoT industries

Experience Required

  • 1015+ years of experience in Electronics Distribution / Industrial Solutions / Semiconductor domain
  • Minimum 5+ years in senior leadership role
  • Proven record of revenue growth and business expansion
  • Knowledge of Electronics Components / Semiconductor / Thermal / IoT industries

Educational Qualification

  • B.Tech / BE (Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation preferred)
  • MBA (Marketing / Business Strategy preferred)
