About the Team
The Merchandising Analysts team partners with U.S. Merchants to enable data-driven category decisions that drive sales, margin, inventory productivity, and omni-channel execution excellence. The team serves as the analytical engine supporting category strategy, product line reviews, vendor negotiations, inventory optimization, product setup governance, and cross-functional issue resolution across stores and online.
This team is a critical bridge between Merchandising, Inventory Planning, Supply Chain, Stores, Online, Finance, and Vendor partners to ensure accurate execution of product, cost, promotional, and stocking strategies.
Job Summary
The Merchandising Analyst supports the U.S.-based Merchant team and plays a critical role in executing system-driven vendor and item setup processes, ensuring timely and accurate onboarding for both core and online-only assortments. This role requires close collaboration with U.S. Merchants to understand category-specific online promotional calendars, strategies, and business priorities. The Merchandising Analyst partners with vendors to plan and execute item-level promotions aligned with event strategies, ensuring achievement of margin expectations and promotional depth targets.
