Qualification

  • Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management OR Graduate/Master's in Sales & Marketing.

Experience

  • 1215 years of Sales and Business Development experience in the Corporate & Industrial Food & Facilities Services sector.
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth, client acquisition, and key account management.
  • Strong exposure to proposal development, solution designing, and contract negotiation.

Key Skills & Attributes

  • Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Strong corporate connects and excellent relationship-building capability.
  • Exceptional negotiation, influencing, and interpersonal skills.
  • Solid understanding of basic P&L, costing, and budgeting.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail; ability to anticipate challenges and mitigate risks.
  • Ability to manage deadlines, drive execution, and ensure delivery as per plan.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously.

Brief Job Role

  • Lead Sales & Business Development for Corporate and Industrial clients within the Food and Facilities Services domain.
  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities while expanding market presence in the South region.
  • Develop and deliver impactful sales presentations, proposals, and commercial bids.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including client meetings, negotiations, contracting, and onboarding coordination.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Culinary teams to design customized client solutions.
  • Achieve revenue targets and support long-term business growth strategies.
  • Ensure high standards of client engagement, service excellence, and competitive positioning in the market.
