Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide Area Sales Managers (FLMs) to achieve primary and secondary sales targets.
  • Monitor Rx detailing and sales operations by Sales Officers (SOs) and FLMs targeting rural healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with medical practitioners and rural healthcare stakeholders through regular field visits.
  • Ensure brand-wise coverage and penetration in assigned regions.
  • Implement and monitor trade activations and schemes effectively.
  • Focus on frontline team training and continuous skill development.
  • Maintain strong trade and distributor relationships, ensuring stock freshness and availability.
  • Lead sales forecasting, planning, and reporting processes with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct market surveys to identify rural trends and provide actionable insights.
  • Liaise with HQ to resolve field-level queries and support operational effectiveness.
  • Foster a performance-driven culture promoting accountability and growth.
