Role Description
The Regional Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid position based in Mumbai, with opportunities for flexible work from home. The role involves driving regional sales strategies, managing relationships with key clients, and identifying new market opportunities. The manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, prepare sales forecasts, meet revenue targets, and analyze business performance data. Additionally, the role includes training and mentoring the regional sales team to ensure sustained growth and success in the assigned territory.
Qualifications
- Strong sales acumen, expertise in business development, and account management
- Proficiency in managing and leading sales teams, including mentoring and performance evaluation
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking and analytical abilities for market research and sales forecasting
- Familiarity with the specialty ingredients or industrial solutions sector is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is preferred
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proactive and adaptable in a hybrid work environment
