Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Mumbai, with some flexibility for working remotely. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations in the assigned region, including setting sales targets, developing client relationships, and identifying new market opportunities. The role involves leading a team of sales representatives, monitoring their performance, creating sales strategies, and collaborating across departments to drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

  • A proven ability in Sales Strategy and Business Development
  • Strong skills in Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation
  • Team Leadership and Coaching experience to drive performance
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Analytical thinking and ability to interpret sales data effectively
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales management tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in the wax industry or related sectors is a plus
