Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead sales initiatives. The role will focus on driving revenue growth, managing key client relationships, and guiding a high-performing sales team to achieve strategic business objectives.
- High-Ticket Orders: Command premium prices with order value regularly reaching seven figures.

Key Responsibilities
- Drive regional sales targets and ensure consistent business growth.

- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new opportunities.

Requirements:
- Graduate / MBA with 8-12 years of experience inluxury interiors, modular furniture, or architectural products.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and team management skills.
- Proven record of achieving sales targets and managing premium client relationships.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
