Job Title: Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Aluminium Formwork
Department: Sales & Business Development
Reporting To: National Sales Head / Business Head
Location: As per region
Job Purpose
To drive sales, market expansion, and revenue growth for Aluminium Formwork systems by managing regional sales operations, key client relationships, and channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Generation
Achieve regional sales targets for Aluminium Formwork systems
Develop and execute sales strategies for project-based and institutional sales
Identify new business opportunities in construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors
2. Business Development
Generate leads from builders, developers, contractors, and consultants
Conduct site visits and technical discussions with clients
Promote Aluminium Formwork solutions against traditional systems
3. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Handle negotiations, commercial discussions, and order closures
Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
4. Channel & Dealer Management
Appoint and manage dealers/distributors in the region
Support channel partners in achieving sales targets
Conduct product training and joint sales activities
5. Team Management
Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Managers / Sales Executives
Set targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance
Ensure proper reporting and CRM usage
6. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market trends
Provide feedback to management for product and pricing strategy
Identify new market segments and applications
7. Coordination & Reporting
Coordinate with design, production, and logistics teams for project execution
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and MIS
Ensure timely payment collections from clients

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Business / Marketing
8–15 years of experience in formwork, scaffolding, or construction equipment sales
Proven track record in project sales and B2B sales
Required Skills
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Technical understanding of Aluminium Formwork systems
Leadership and team management
Excellent communication and presentation skills
CRM and MS Office proficiency
Preferred Industry Background
Aluminium Formwork (MIVAN system)

Bachelor Of Technology (B.Tech/B.E), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Doctor of Ministry, Master in Landscape Architecture, Bachelor in General Studies (BGS)
