Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager based in Mumbai. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales strategies and activities in the assigned region, build and maintain relationships with clients, monitor market trends, and lead a team to achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include identifying business opportunities, developing sales strategies, training and mentoring sales teams, attending client meetings, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and proper product delivery.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in achieving sales targets and developing customer relationships
  • Candidates having experience with Pharma critical care, IVD Critical care, exp, POCT segments preffered ( Min 5 to Max 10 yrs)
  • Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and devise strategic plans
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
