Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Growth & Target Achievement:

  • Achieve growth and sales targets by generating leads and converting prospects in the market.
  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base.
  • Drive sales targets for self and manage the sales team to ensure overall target achievement.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective engagement and conversions at each stage of the sales process.

Reporting & Market Analysis:

  • Present accurate sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Identify emerging markets, trends, and competitive activity to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience in IT, SaaS, or Cybersecurity product sales.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated success across the entire sales process from planning to closing.
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 20% of the time.
