Role Overview
The Regional Sales Head will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and managing the regional sales strategy for SaffronStays. This role involves leading a high-performing sales team, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring alignment with national sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue Growth & Sales Strategy
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national goals
• Drive occupancy, booking value, and revenue targets across properties
• Identify new revenue streams (corporate bookings, events, long stays, etc.)
• Monitor sales performance metrics and optimize conversion funnels
2. Team Leadership & Management
• Lead, mentor, and scale the regional sales team
• Set KPIs, track performance, and conduct regular reviews
• Build a strong sales culture focused on results and customer experience
3. Market Expansion & Partnerships
• Identify and onboard new B2B partners (travel agents, corporates, event planners)
• Strengthen relationships with key accounts and repeat clients
• Explore regional opportunities for property onboarding in collaboration with supply teams
4. Customer & Stakeholder Management
• Ensure high-quality client engagement and relationship management
• Handle key/high-value client negotiations and closures
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for seamless execution
5. Data & Reporting
• Analyze regional sales data, trends, and competitor activity
• Provide regular reports and insights to the National Sales Head
• Use CRM tools to track pipeline, forecasts, and performance

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 6–10+ years of experience in sales, preferably in hospitality, travel, or real estate
• Proven track record of achieving aggressive sales targets
• Experience managing teams and multi-city operations
