Key Responsibilities
Program Governance & Performance Management
- Act as the senior governance lead for JLL-delivered capital work programmes
- Collaborate with the client's internal PMO to ensure all projects comply with governance standards and contractual requirements
- Consolidate and submit JLL performance data for KPI evaluation and reporting
- Serve as the primary liaison for governance matters and ensure timely implementation of PMO directives
Commercial & Contractual Oversight
- Manage the commercial relationship between JLL and the client, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations
- Oversee preparation and submission of fee proposals and project invoicing
- Act as escalation point for commercial disputes and ensure timely resolution
- Ensure accurate onboarding and maintenance of JLL entities across APAC within client systems
Strategic Alignment & Global Program Integration
- Act as single point of contact for APAC region coordination with global and US leadership teams
- Drive alignment of regional delivery with global standards, frameworks, and strategic initiatives
- Ensure adoption of global programs within JLL delivery teams for consistent execution
- Coordinate implementation of client-led strategic initiatives within JLL project framework
Sustainability & ESG Program Oversight
- Act as escalation point for sustainability certification processes across the portfolio
- Ensure timely ESG reporting and compliance with global sustainability commitments
- Resolve barriers affecting sustainability delivery in collaboration with internal stakeholders
Team Onboarding & Capability Development
- Lead onboarding and training for new JLL PDS team members assigned to the account
- Ensure strong understanding of client processes, tools, and delivery expectations
- Support continuous knowledge building and process integration within the team
Knowledge Transfer & Continuity Management
- Facilitate structured knowledge transfer between outgoing and incoming project teams
- Ensure seamless transition of project information, client relationships, and operational knowledge
Client-Directed Initiatives & Small Works
- Manage execution of ad-hoc client-driven projects and churn works
- Ensure timely delivery and alignment with client expectations and standards
Talent & Resource Management
- Partner with delivery teams to support timely recruitment of critical roles
- Ensure high-quality candidate selection aligned with client expectations
Integrated Service Delivery
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure seamless integration of project delivery and facility operations
- Support a unified service approach for enhanced client experience
