Employee Lifecycle Management
- Oversee end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, engagement, performance, and retention
- Implement performance management systems and employee engagement programs
- Design and execute learning and development initiatives
- Drive retention strategies and workforce stability
Stakeholder & Business Partnering
- Build strong partnerships with C-suite executives and senior business leaders
- Act as a trusted advisor on complex people and organizational issues
- Align HR initiatives with business strategy and operational needs
- Support executive decision-making through people analytics and insights
Change Management & Organizational Development
- Lead large-scale organizational transformation and change initiatives
- Drive culture-building and organizational effectiveness programs
- Support restructuring, workforce planning, and business expansion initiatives
- Apply innovative solutions to complex HR challenges
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Provide expert guidance on legal and compliance matters
- Manage HR policies in alignment with statutory frameworks across jurisdictions
Analytics & Decision Support
- Use data-driven insights for workforce planning and HR decision-making
- Analyze HR metrics to improve engagement, productivity, and retention
- Support budget planning and workforce cost optimization
- Leverage HR analytics tools for strategic reporting
Project & Program Management
- Lead cross-functional HR projects across multiple geographies
