About Role

This role focuses on driving regional marketing, owning demand generation and pipeline growth across digital, outbound, and event channels, while partnering closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve conversion. It also includes a customer marketing component, supporting engagement, retention, and expansion through targeted lifecycle campaigns and advocacy initiatives such as case studies and reviews. The role requires strong execution and cross-functional collaboration to deliver consistent growth outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute integrated demand generation campaigns (digital, outbound, events) to drive high-quality pipeline (SALs/SQLs)
  • Own regional event strategy including roundtables, CXO dinners, flagship events, and sponsorships
  • Partner with Sales & SDRs to improve lead-to-revenue conversion
  • Track and optimize performance using funnel metrics, attribution, and ROI
  • Build and scale a customer advocacy engine (case studies, testimonials, referrals, reviews)
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell pipeline through targeted customer marketing initiatives
  • Establish process-driven execution, including automation and streamlined workflows
  • Implement strong GTM rhythm to improve planning, forecasting, and execution efficiency
  • Ensure tight cross-functional alignment with Sales, SDR, CX, and Farming teams
  • Maintain disciplined cadence across campaign planning, execution, tracking, and reviews

Customer Marketing

Support customer engagement and expansion initiatives through targeted lifecycle campaigns and advocacy programs, including case studies, testimonials, and reviews, to drive retention and upsell opportunities.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • 6-9 years of experience in B2B SaaS / mid-market or enterprise marketing
  • Strong background in demand generation and lifecycle/customer marketing
  • Hands-on with CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Proven ability to drive events and field marketing programs
  • Analytical mindset with comfort in funnel metrics, attribution, and ROI tracking
  • Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Strong content and communication skills for customer-facing campaigns
