Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a regional sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Coordinate day-to-day sales activities, ensuring the team is engaged and productive.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive customer engagement and expand our sales funnel.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with key customers to determine their needs and successfully implement solutions.
  • Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reporting to senior management.
  • Collaborate with other BUs to share standard methodologies and drive One Thermo business approach.
  • Influence the Business development team to build a strong funnel and win large deals.
  • Provide coordinated service support in collaboration with technical & service support team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the scientific or healthcare industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to encourage and empower a team.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed.
